Piazza Navona

I keep coming across photo’s from Rome that I forgot about. This was our hotel, can’t remember what it was called but it was a converted 18th century palazzo. Affa fancy.

I got bored in my room in Rome one night.

Christ, this must have been taken at the start of the year. Stole Chris’s glasses pretty much making him blind for ten minutes.

Thought this was pretty funny

These guys were insanely good.

Bling bling

“If it looks like gold, it is.” Inside St. Peters.

Fountain of the Four Rivers in Piazza Navona.

This was a shopping centre. Beats the Bon Accord any day.

So yeah

Pretty much decided today that I’m not going to bother with University after College anymore. Would rather just get more work experience and start to make a living somehow. I’m starting to hate my hometown more and more. I used to like living in Aberdeen but I know want to get out of here. Badly. I think my heart is set on Glasgow cause’ I know a decent amount of people and know my way around. I’ve just been told how it sucks going to a brand new city without knowing anyone, so I guess it would be nice to have some familliar faces around.

Whether or not I’ll go through with this choice remains to be seen but this would be ideal for me. I reckon Glasgow suits me better than Aberdeen. This is still a year away so I guess it’s time to sit down and think shit through.

Oh so naive.

I’ve been thinking…

After I finish my HND at College this time next year, I think I won’t bother with University. Going straight into third year seems so daunting. Ideally I’d just like to finish College, find a job and move to Edinburgh or Glasgow. I can’t just stick in Aberdeen. Kinda feel like by then it’ll be the right time move to a new place and have a fresh start.

I guess this is asking a lot.
